Settled, Peaceful, and Content: Mindfulness practices to support a life in recovery

A four-week class for people in recovery from substance abuse or other addictive behaviors.

Learning objectives include:

  • Understand fundamentals of mindfulness
  • Learn day-to-day practices to support emotional regulation and ease of wellbeing
  • Begin home sitting practice
  • Gain resources to support ongoing practice, including reading materials, recorded meditations, and community of fellow practitioners
