A four-week class for people in recovery from substance abuse or other addictive behaviors.
Learning objectives include:
- Understand fundamentals of mindfulness
- Learn day-to-day practices to support emotional regulation and ease of wellbeing
- Begin home sitting practice
- Gain resources to support ongoing practice, including reading materials, recorded meditations, and community of fellow practitioners
