
A four-week class for people in recovery from substance abuse or other addictive behaviors. Learning objectives include:
Understand fundamentals of mindfulness
Learn day-to-day practices to support emotional regulation and ease of wellbeing
Begin home sitting practice
Gain resources to support ongoing practice, including reading materials, recorded meditations, and community of fellow practitioners
